The food scene on the island is a must experience!

We love guests of all ages but our home is not “baby proof.” There are several places on the island that offer rentals such as baby gates, highchairs etc. They will deliver your items for free! We do offer a pack n play and stroller for those traveling with younger children.

We have 2 on-site parking spaces

The city of Holmes Beach has a noise curfew in effect daily from 10pm-7am. No loud noises over 50dBA will be allowed. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Plan your escape:
Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during peak season (Jan-Aug). Just message if Saturday doesn't work for you in the off season (late August-December) we can usually accommodate different trip check in days!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
