Cook, Dine & Explore

The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a fresh seafood dinner. Pick up locally sourced seafood from the market—possibly caught in the Gulf earlier that day—and create your own island-inspired meal.

When it’s time to eat, take your meal outside to the shaded deck and enjoy dining in the tropical surroundings. Prefer to leave the cooking to someone else? You’ll find countless restaurants within walking or biking distance, many of them locally owned and unique to Anna Maria Island. The island’s food scene is truly part of the experience!

Rest & Recharge

After a day at the beach or exploring the island, retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms. Crisp linens, plush pillows, and high-end luxury mattresses create a cozy space to unwind and recharge for another day in paradise.

We’re happy to welcome guests of all ages. Please note that the home is not baby-proofed. For families traveling with young children, several businesses on the island offer baby equipment rentals, including items such as baby gates and high chairs, with free delivery available. We do provide a pack ’n play (we recommend brining your own sheet) and stroller for your convenience. We also have kid beach essentials like sand toys and rafts/noodles. We offer a selection of kids toys and books in the bunkbed room as well!

Plan Your Stay ☀️

During peak season (January–August), rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday with a 7-night minimum, as required by city regulations.

Traveling during the off-season? From late August through December, we can usually accommodate different check-in days if Saturday doesn’t work for your schedule. Just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
